Impressive vintage heavy 14K gold heart locket studded with natural ruby and sapphire gemstones! A thick heavy braid surrounds the heart with the gemstones set in a pillow type fashion on the front. Inside the deep cavernous locket has a fold out of three hearts for adding photos or mementos. The back of the locket has a detailed border around the heart as well. There has been incredible attention to detail in this wonderful keepsake!
